- Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount. You can purchase them at the Shop or calll in your order (315)369-3757 and pay with a credit card.
Returns:
Moccasin Return/Exchange Policy
All items may be exchanged up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please send $10.00 in the form of check, money order or include credit card number in space provided on form below. This is to cover return postage to you.
Return shipping of exchanges to you only applies to exchanges shipped within the contiguous United States.
Items sent back for exchange after 30 days will be charged a $5.00 per pair exchange fee in addition to the $10.00 return postage fee. Please include these fees with your return or include your credit card number in space provided on form below.

All exchanges must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must call us at (315)369-3757 to obtain this number. Exchanges sent to us without an RMA will not be accepted. (This number must be written on the outside of the package. See mailing label above to fill in and use)
Altered or Worn items may not be exchanged. (Please wear test your items on a carpeted surface) All exchanges must include the original shoebox. Please do not ship items directly in the shoebox. Items returned for exchange without the original shoebox or in a damaged shoebox are subject to a $3.00 re-boxing fee. (This fee is charged to us by the respective manufactures and is not a fee imposed by us).

You may return items to Holly Woodworking for a refund or credit to your original method of payment (minus shipping and handling), however, certain restrictions apply. They are:
- Returns must be approved by Holly Woodworking.
- Returns must be reported to Holly Woodworking within 10 days of purchase.
- There must NOT be any writing, pricing or any other marks on the item.
- The merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly.
Damages:
- If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must keep the original carton and packing for inspection by USPS. Credits will be applied to your original method of payment or deducted from your next order.
E-Mail:
E-mail addresses are used to confirm orders, and update the customer on any new specials or promotions being offered. We do not sell any e-mail addresses to outside companies.
